There are 2 paddocks both accessible only from the garden area. They are both fenced/secure for horses.
The property has a wide driveway with parking for multiple vehicles and a custom built front gate which is secure.
All bills including municipality tax, are paid up to date and there is wifi installed.
The village of Markovo is very friendly with a shop (which becomes a bar in the evening) and mayor's office and a fruit/veg supplier visits every Friday. The neighbours are wonderful people, very helpful and loving and there is a wonderful community spirit. The village is a 5 minute drive from Medovo where there are additional food outlets and a post office and 5 minutes the other way is Bratya Daskalovi where there are multiple shops and bars and the municipality office. Chirpan is 20 minutes drive and here you can buy anything you need with supermarkets, mechanics, pharmacies, doctors surgery, dentist and DIY stores as well as a train station and bus link to Plovdiv, Burgas and Sofia.
The area around the village is very scenic and peaceful perfect for horse or dog owners with endless paths and routes for riding and walking.
The city of Stara Zagora is a 40 minutes drive and Plovdiv is 1 hour drive away, with the country's capital of Sofia being a 2 hour drive.
