Description
Complex “AMARA” is situated at the entrance to the most famous part of Sunny Beach - Cacao Beach with it’s incredibly stylish beach bars and the best in entertainment and water sports for the area. The complex is made up of 3 high quality high specification buildings with Swimming-Pool, Pool-Bar, Open Air Fitness, Shop, Beauty Salon, and Dry cleaners.
Amara Residence is a newly released project that would really make a difference among its surrounding complexes. Located just 300 m from the beach with really luxurious finish and fittings.

The three buildings have their own elevators. The reception for the complex will be in building “A”. Each client who purchases an apartment on the fifth, sixth or seventh floor will receive as a bonus a Jacuzzi.
During may 2009 there will 3 show-room apartments in Amara “A”. This is being done to uniquely provide prospective clients with a real example of our finishing’s for the walls and the floors, bathrooms and designer furniture.

Payment plan:
1000 Euro deposit
30% in 15 days after signing the preliminary contract
