There are three phases in this sites development. Phase 1  is named ‘Maple’. It consists of three main buildings; Maple Court, Maple Park & Maple Place. The developers are offering one and two bedroom apartments with a limited number of studios.

Phase 2 is named ‘Royal’. This extensive phase includes a number of apartment buildings focused around a central open recreational space and a series of villas of various sizes follow both the contour of the River Aheloy and the sea front.

Phase 3 is named ‘Hazel’. It is situated at the entrance of the resort on the main access road. This phase consists of a series of commercial units. This third phase will also see the completion of the apartment buildings and Villas; Maple Gardens, Maple Drive and Maple Glen.
