First payment – 30% from the purchase price on the signing of the preliminary contract
Second payment – 30% from the purchase price no later than 31.05.2008
Third payment – 30% from the purchase price no later than 30.09.2008
Fourth payment – 10% in 15 days from the date of the notification to the Purchaser regarding the issuance of the Occupancy Permit
