The complex consists of parking lot, pool, children’s playground, barbecue, 24 hour security and green areas. The building face south – the sea, and, with the chosen distances, provide the best sunshine in the premises from September to June, and shade in the south premises in the summer.
The total residential area of the complex in 2 720 sq. m. Each building has a common warehousing premises for lounges, inflatable mattresses, bikes, and a premises for servicing of level floor one.
