Tzarevo Cliffs resort is superbly situated on cliff tops near the traditional fishing village of Tzarevo, only 45 minutes from the international airport of Burgas.
The region benefits from the longest summers and the best climate in Bulgaria with summer air temperatures ranging from 23°C to 30°C and water temperatures between 20°C to 28°C. There are over 240 hours of sunshine in the months of May and September, and over 300 in July and August. The area is renowned for its deep-cutting coves, rugged shorelines, wooded hills and romantic peninsulas. The lush vineyards and traditional fishing towns lend area an atmosphere that is unique on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.
Nestled on the dramatic cliffs of the Black sea and framed by the foothills of the Strandzha Mountain, Tzarevo Cliffs is suspended between crystal waters and blue skies and benefits from superb sea and mountain views.

We are offering a wide choice of studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments finished to the highest standards as well as a wide variety of exclusive services that will match all your requirements for comfort and safety.
All buildings offer a combination of 1, 2, 3 bed apartments and a limited number of 2-bed duplexes. These luxury apartments offer sweeping views of the Black Sea. The apartments combine fantastic interior with large balconies directly overlooking the cliffs. An outdoor infinity pool is directly accessible from The Cliffs.
Our apartments are comfortably furnished with well-equipped kitchens, sun terraces with BBQ facilities. Over 90% of apartments offer stunning sea views.
A limited number of duplex apartments are also available with bedrooms on the top floor and the lounge and dining areas located on the entrance floor. Both floors have large terraces with great views across the resort and to the sea.
Different furniture packs are available and upon buyer’s request the apartments can be catalogue-furnished for additional payment
Leisure for All:
Your time at Tzarevo Cliffs can be as active or as relaxing as you like. You can to fill your day with a wide choice of leisure activities on offer.
You can explore the beautiful local countryside - whether by mountain bike, foot, horseback, boat or car. The traditional fishing village of Tzarevo, which offers a treasure trove of local colour, history and culture, is a few minutes stroll away. In Tzarevo you will find a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops while the vibrant town of Lozenets with its beach bars and nightclubs is within easy reach of the resort.
Of course, you can choose to simply relax poolside, head down to the beach, or pamper yourself with a treatment at the Spa centre.
The main pool is an open-air swimming pool in the centre of the resort different depth sections to cater for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Alongside this pool, various bars will offer sun-kissed drinks, snacks and ice creams.
There are another two infinity pools with views over the sea.
To the North, the resort has direct access to a tranquil beach set against a stunning backdrop of cliffs, and to the South Tzarevo’s main beach is only a few hundred metres away. Lozenets, located approximately ten minutes by car or shuttle bus from the resort also has a large beach offering multiple water activities as well as restaurants and bars.
Tennis and multi-sports pitch
The resort has its own tennis court available to all the residents of the resort. A multisports pitch for football, handball, volley-ball etc. is also available for the more active residents.

Cycling is one of the healthiest and most exciting ways to discover the area surrounding Tzarevo.

High Street Shopping
The villages of Tzarevo and Lozenets (10 minutes away) offer plenty of boutiques as well as small shopping centre where you will find everything you may be looking for.
The resort will have its own GP doctor and nurses during the summer months to attend the needs of the residents and recommend treatment when necessary.

How to invest
Investing with Tzarevo Cliffs is easy and involves a few simple steps. Once you have located the property of your choice, you will either sign a reservation agreement or directly enter into a preliminary sales contract.
The benefit of the reservation agreement is that it gives you the opportunity to book your property immediately with only Euro 1,500 deposit. You then have 31 days to review the legal documentation, consult with your lawyers and return the signed paperwork to us.
The Preliminary Sales Contract is the only document that you have to sign. The contract is in both English and Bulgarian.
Banks mortgage at credit rate around 7%. Mortgages can be arranged in Euro.
