It is located in Bulgaria 2 km from the resort of Albena, 15 minutes from Golden Sands and Balchik, 30 minutes from Varna airport, & both Varna and Dobrich cities.

There is an internal staircase, and extension currently used as gym/recreational room with aircon/heat. The extension has full width patio doors leading to a tanalised wood decked patio area. Entrance has a large porch with wood storage area. Fly screens.
First floor – 3 large bedrooms all with aircon/heat. Master bedroom has slipper bath and built in storage. Bathroom. Large landing area leading to a sun porch with views across the valley & an outside staircase. Via the bathroom there is a loft space. Fly screens.
Features – Heating system is air blown into each room from the log burner. Water system is on hydroflow so very good pressure, the tank holds water for 5 days in an emergency. 2 water boilers 1 downstairs & 1 upstairs. Large generator wired in if there is a problem. House is fully alarmed with GSM system that telephones you if activated. The house has good internet ideal for Uk tv set up.
Outside – The plot is fully walled so pet friendly, good sized garage, long drive with double gates, swimming pool (7.5x3.5x1.2m), Jacuzzi (easy to move into the extension in the winter), 2 sheds, green house and large bbq building & storage area, various patios/decked area for tables and chairs & sunbathing. Garage and extension have full planning & building regulations. Stacked logs enough for this winter.
The house was fully decorated in April 2015. It does not come furnished except for blinds & curtains, however we could come to some arrangement for the main items of furniture. To get a house to this standard in Bulgaria will cost a lot of money. 
The house could also be easily split into 2 apartments as it benefits from internal & external staircases, and having water boilers up and downstairs. It would only need a kitchen adding upstairs. This makes the possibility of live in 1 and rent the other.
The house is in private name not a company. The annual costs are approximately: water on a meter £25, electric £460, internet £100. There is also the possibility of leaving a car with the property if required.
Surrounding area:
There is a tarmac road with street lights (1 outside the house) & 2 garbage bins emptied weekly. At the bottom of the road there is a newly renovated monastery (tourist attraction) 400m from the house, a shop and a restaurant now being refurbished. Up the road there is a holiday complex with villas/bungalows, 2 pools, bar & restaurant. Mostly UK owners, therefore possibility of airport transfers etc. The large village has shops, bars, restaurants, church, fitness classes, hardware/ building merchants and post office that delivers. The resort of Albena is 5 minutes drive with all the usual attractions including a new aqua park. People still in the sea in October.
This is still probably the cheapest place in Europe to live with lots of opportunities.
