 Solymar Complex consists of two individual buildings – A and B, parking lot, pool, children’s playground, barbecue, 24 hour security and green areas. The buildings face south – the sea, and, with the chosen distances, provide the best sunshine in the premises from September to June, and shade in the south premises in the summer.
     The total residential area of the complex in 3 400 sq. m. Each building has a common warehousing premises for lounges, inflatable mattresses, bikes, and a premises for servicing of level floor one.
     The design of the complex allows for around-the-year use for residence. The buildings have full outside insulation. All premises have independent air-conditioning heat/cold. - Kitchen equipment and furniture – sinks, mixture batteries, cupboards, absorbents, cookers, refrigerators, etc.;.
- Furnishing of kitchens, living rooms and bedrooms;
- Security contract with licensed СОТ /Signal-Security Equipment/ company;
- Cable TV contract.

- In case of purchase of residence, an annual fee is agreed for subscription servicing of general parts of the complex, swimming pool, 24 hour security.
