 Solymar Complex consists of two individual buildings – A and B, parking lot, pool, children’s playground, barbecue, 24 hour security and green areas. The buildings face south – the sea, and, with the chosen distances, provide the best sunshine in the premises from September to June, and shade in the south premises in the summer.
     The total residential area of the complex in 3 400 sq. m. Each building has a common warehousing premises for lounges, inflatable mattresses, bikes, and a premises for servicing of level floor one.
